JROTC CADET CHALLANGE

The Des Moines Central Campus JROTC recently conducted their fall Cadet Challenge. Events included the v-sit, curl-ups, the shuttle run, pull-ups and the 1-mile run. Everyone was very competitive and encouraging; not a quitter in the bunch.  Cadet Fernando Murillo had the top mile run time of 5:35.

A spring Cadet Challenge will be conducted and averaged with the fall results. The top five males and females will be awarded Cadet Challenge medals at the JROTC End of the year award ceremony.
