AMERICAN LEGION DONATION TO JROTC

The American Legion of Iowa Foundation was Incorporated November 29, 1978 as the charitable entity of the Iowa Department of The American Legion. The Foundation was organized as a mechanism for the Legion to provide financial assistance to promote Americanism, youth programs, veteran’s rehabilitation and community service in the state of Iowa.

Since 1979, over $1.4 million has been contributed in support of veterans’ assistance, educational programs, patriotic endeavors and children and youth programs.

This morning DJ and Ted Hall from the Iowa American Legion presented a grant check on behalf of the American Legion of Iowa Foundation to the Central Campus Red Bull Battalion. For this the Red Bulls are extremely grateful and proud to partner with the Iowa American Legion.
