READY FOR THE BLOCK PARTY!

Walnut Street School Preschoolers visited Central Campus this week!  It was a Pre-Block Party Visit!

While every one at Central Campus is busy getting ready for their Annual Block Party on Tuesday April 28 at 6pm, these preschoolers (led by Early Childhood Careers students) visited our building. They visited Marine Biology, Broadcasting and Film, and Graphic Design where they received Block Party t-shirts.  They also enjoyed cookies from our Culinary Arts program, always a great treat.

Early Childhood Careers and Walnut Street Preschool have had a five year partnership.  ECC students walk to the preschool and teach their lesson; the preschoolers visit Central Campus, and enjoy the upcoming field day together.  As instructor Younghee Steenhoek is proud to state, ” A true career program happens when we work together as a team.”
