Chef students Mackenzie Sleeth, Molly Reisman, Camille Harmon from our award-winning‬ Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management program serve food critic Wini Moranville a delicious seared halibut entree, white bean ragu, blistered tomatoes and arugula, in a balsmic reduction with capers and bacon as garnish on KCWI 23. Program Instructor Chef John Andres talks about Central Campus Café and proudly looks on as Ms. Moranville stands amazed at the talent and skill shown by our students. Great job!
